Shipping costs with PepMelon

The shipping costs stated here apply exclusively to individual orders. At the time of ordering, the exact shipping costs will be calculated based on the recipient’s exact address before payment.

Delivery is handled by Deustche Post and in some cases DPD. 

Delivery cost includes: 

- the fee set by the transport company based on shipping address
- recycled paper delivery bag
- go green cost - 0,01 €/Germany, 0,20 € internationally
- delivery preparation fee 0,75 € - includes: labour charge + materials and printing costs for shipping label and custom clearance documents, invoices.

Depending on the country of destination, import duties may apply (e.g. customs duties).

If you don’t see shipping rates at checkout, or the system says we do not deliver on that address, contact us by e-mail at hello@pepmelon.com to get shipping cost offer based on the address.

Returns & Exchange

Contact us by e-mail: hello@pepmelon.com within: 14 days after delivery.

Send returns to PepMelon Eva Puskas, Hailfinger Str. 9/3, 71149 Bondorf within: 30 days after delivery.

Terms of return

In accordance with Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal cannot be provided for:

1. the supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer or clearly tailored to him;
2. sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are therefore not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene,

Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse returns at our discretion.
This applies especially to underwear, swimwear and bikinis! But for all made to order products.
If the problem is due to a product defect, an exchange is possible.

Buyers bear the shipping costs for returns. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.
